Our IRS Form 990, annual reports, and key organizational documents are made available to provide insight into how resources are used to advance housing stability, financial wellness, and economic mobility for low- and moderate-income families in the Greater Atlanta region.  Housing Plus Inc. follows sound financial management practices, maintains board oversight of all major expenditures, and tracks program outcomes to ensure resources directly support housing stability and economic mobility. 

 Housing Plus directs the majority of resources toward direct housing assistance, financial wellness education, and stabilization services, with administrative expenses carefully managed to ensure the greatest possible community impact.
