Atlanta Housing's HOME AGAIN is dedicated to helping low and moderate income Atlanta families overcome rental housing instability.
The program provides personalized support and resources to individuals and families facing eviction or homelessness—guiding them toward safe, affordable housing and long-term financial resilience. Together, we're building stronger futures and bringing hope home again.
Must Be Currently Residing Within The City Of Atlanta
You Will Need To Provide:
- Valid Adult Identification
- Children's Birth Certificate/School Records
- Proof of employment or sustainable income
- Valid Income Documentation
- Lease/Welcome Letter
- Landlord/Property Owner Verification Forms
Eligibility Requirements
- NO vouchers or rental subsidies (Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher, Etc.)
- Must be living or approved for a rental unit within the City of Atlanta.
- Households must consist of minors or 55 yr or older adults.
- Must have sufficient income to maintain residence after assistance.
- Must have $3,000 or less in arrears (past due rent arrears assistance).
- Have not received Home Again funding within the past 12 months.
