ATL Home Again
From A Temporary Stop to Permanent Housing
ATL Home Again provides to households dealing with temporary setbacks, short-term housing assistance that may include rent/utility and/or deposits that allow them to become or remain stably housed. Housing Plus assesses, refers and assists families in need of move-in assistance or facing eviction with short term financial interventions.
For City of Atlanta Residents Only.
Requirements
1. Must be living or approved for a home within the City of Atlanta.
2. Household must have school age minors or 55 yr or older adults.
3. Must have sufficient income to maintain residence after assistance.
4. Must have $3,000 or less in arrears (past due rent assistance).
5. Not receiving vouchers or subsidies (Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher, Etc.)
6. Have not received Home Again Assistance within the past 12 months.
