Our program provides personalized support and resources to individuals and families facing eviction or homelessness—guiding them toward safe, affordable housing and long-term financial resilience. Together, we're building stronger futures and bringing hope home again.

- NO vouchers or rental subsidies (Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher, Etc.)
- Must be living or approved for a rental unit within the City of Atlanta.
- Households must consist of minors or 55 yr or older adults.
- Must have sufficient income to maintain residence after assistance.
- Must have $3,000 or less in arrears (past due rent assistance).
- Have not received Home Again funding within the past 12 months.

- Lease/Welcome Letter
- Landlord/Property Owner Verification Forms
