The Financial Achievement Club is a six-month financial education course designed to assist individuals, families, and small business owners and independent contractors in the Greater Atlanta area to achieve financial stability and business success. This program encompasses a range of topics such as budgeting, financial goal planning, business planning, establishing credit, business taxes, and emergency savings strategy, with a special focus on preparing participants for the responsibilities and challenges of housing stability and business management. Through a blend of workshops, one-on-one coaching, and practical skill development, the program not only educates participants about financial literacy but also supports them in building a solid foundation for economic resiliency and community empowerment. Active participants are eligible for $600 matching savings and $100 cash goal award for increasing credit scores.

Atl Home Again is dedicated to helping working households obtain and retain permanent housing options, improve financial expertise and connect with appropriate resources. Housing Plus Inc. is currently accepting applications for short term move-in and rental assistance up to $3,000. By providing move-in cost and emergency rental assistance, our goal is to increase housing stability for City of Atlanta Households

A HOME-ARP grant has allowed Housing Plus Inc to continue providing eviction intervention payments for Clayton County residents still facing economic hardship related to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Housing Plus Inc has established a satellite office in Clayton County to accept applications and coordinate services with area non-profits.

Through a partnership with Atlanta Legal Aid, Housing Plus Inc is providing immediate help for families facing eviction in Gwinnett County. As households are working toward emerging from the financial impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic, many debts remain.
Helping families avoid eviction displacement is not only Doing Good, it is beneficial for our communities.
