Housing Plus Inc. is currently accepting applications for short term move-in and rental assistance up to $3,000. By providing move-in cost and emergency rental assistance, our goal is to increase housing stability for City of Atlanta Households

A HOME-ARP grant has allowed Housing Plus Inc to continue providing eviction intervention payments for Clayton County residents still facing economic hardship related to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Housing Plus Inc has established a satellite office in Clayton County to accept applications and coordinate services with area non-profits.

Through a partnership with Atlanta Legal Aid, Housing Plus Inc is providing immediate help for families facing eviction in Gwinnett County. As households are working toward emerging from the financial impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic, many debts remain.
Helping families avoid eviction displacement is not only Doing Good, it is beneficial for our communities.

The Financial Wellness Program is a six-month course designed to empower low-to-moderate income families in the Greater Atlanta area with the essential knowledge and skills needed for financial stability and homeownership. This program encompasses a range of topics such as budgeting, credit management, debt reduction, and saving strategies, with a special focus on preparing participants for the responsibilities and challenges of homeownership. Through a blend of workshops, one-on-one counseling, and practical tools, the program not only educates participants about financial literacy but also supports them in building a solid foundation for long-term housing resiliency and economic empowerment. Active participants are eligible for $500 matching savings and $200 cash incentives for increasing credit scores and income.
